HOW IT WORKS 

STEP 1: To setup your subscription either call 01475 743377 or email help@thepetshoppostie.co.uk.  If you email us we will call back to confirm your card details before the first order is shipped. We will need to know:

• what product(s) you would like on your subscription
• the frequency (days, months or weeks)
• the date you would like the first order delivered.

STEP 2: We will email you an order confirmation 5 days before shipping. If for any reason you wish to cancel or delay the shipping, simply email us at help@thepetshoppostie.co.uk or call us on 01475 743377.

STEP3: On the day we ship your order we will charge your card and ship your order on a Next Working Day Service (some remote postcodes are 2-3 days)

Shipping is free to most UK Mainland Postcodes and is shipped using a Next Day Service. Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped that day (subject to stock availability). If you are ordering after 2pm and need your order for the next day please phone us on 01475 743377 and we will do our best to get your order shipped.

The postcodes shown below are classified as Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands for which we charge a delivery fee which will be shown when you enter your delivery postcode at checkout. The Scottish Highlands are offered on a 2-day delivery service and the Scottish islands a 2-5 day delivery service.
