PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO NORTHERN IRELAND.

The Petshop Postie aims to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and to ship within a maximum of 48 hours. If a product is not available to ship within 3 working days we will email you with an estimated date for delivery. In the event this is not suitable we will provide a full refund.

At checkout customers are asked to enter their delivery postcode. Customers will then be offered the delivery options available for their delivery postcode.

UK Mainland Free Delivery Products 

Subject to availability, we will dispatch orders placed before 1pm on a next working day service (Fridays, 12 pm, Bank Holidays excluded). However, please allow up to 3 working days from the date of order for the consignment to reach you.

If you are placing your order after 1pm and wish to know if your order can be shipped on the same day please call us on 07963 174547.

The delivery charge is based upon the shipment weight and is calculated at checkout. The cheapest option is selected by default 

Local Van Delivery

We deliver with our own van locally usually on a Thursday and Friday, charges below.

If we are waiting for stock, we will send you an email or text with the expected delivery date.
