How do you calculate Delivery Charges?

The cost of courier delivery is based on weight, at the checkout enter your post code and press "Go" to view the available delivery costs for your order.

Many of our products have a free delivery option.

Please note that bulky items such as sawdust bales and any items over 21kg cannot be shipped by courier and are only available for local delivery with our own van.

Local Van deliveries (Tuesdays and Fridays) are free subject to minimum order value, more information here.


How can I sign up for Subscription?

How do I use my Loyalty Points?

Petshop Postie are pleased to offer our online customers a loyalty points scheme. You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent. 

Once you have earned 100 points you will be able to redeem your points. 100 points is worth £1, which can redeemed against an order, excluding the delivery charge. 

You will be given this option to redeem the points if you have enough at the checkout stage. 

Please remember to login to your account when you make a purchase to be given the option to redeem your points.

At the moment you are unable to use Loyalty Points at the same time as a Discount Voucher


Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

We are currently only able to ship items less than 2kg to Northern Ireland.

What do I do if there is a problem with my received order?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it, in the unlikely event that there is a packing error or any damage caused during transportation, please let us know immediately, 01475 743377 or email help@thepetshoppostie.co.uk and we will do our best to rectify as soon as we can.

The earlier we are advised of any courier delivery problems the better chance we have of fixing it!

Please take photos of any damaged packs and ensure that the Courier Label with your name is visible in the photo.

**Please note that we are unable to accept any opened pet food for return.**
